YATI Youth Leadership Program

The youth leadership program is a two part program that was created to provide youth with the tools to become leaders in their communities.  The first part of the program will empower and support youth from all over Ontario through a weekend retreat featuring leadership, teambuilding and communication workshops. During the retreat, youth participants will also gain skills in advocacy and health promotion. The second part will begin after the weekend retreat. Youth participants will be able to get involved in exciting YATI projects and additional opportunities.   Once both parts of the leadership program have been completed, youth participants will receive a prize from YATI for their involvement. The leadership program is free for all youth participants. YATI will arrange and pay for youth accommodations, transportation and food. Please see attached for retreat information, participant requirements and submission information. Deadline for submissions is on Monday, January 30, 2012.  If you have any questions, contact Adelaida Ortega at aortega@on.lung.ca or at 416 864 9911 ext 294.
